Trusted Trip Expert provides travel planning and consultation services. We act as intermediaries between clients and travel service providers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other vendors.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a consultation fee and deposit. Final payment is due 60 days before departure unless otherwise specified. Payment plans are available for trips over $5,000.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply according to supplier terms and our service fees. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for actions of third-party suppliers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY under the laws of New York State.
